Get started on your fitness journey with our Monday Beginners yoga class at So-Fit gym. This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga and want to learn the basics. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the poses and help you improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. Just bring your yoga mat and a positive attitude and let us help you achieve your fitness goals. 🎧⚡️

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

You can book on uptown 1 hour before the session. If you miss the deadline and really wish you join then please message the gym on instagram or WhatsApp to see if we can squeeze you in. You have 4 hours to cancel your session. If you require to cancel under the 4 hours, no refund will be given nor another time slot to replace your cancellation. If we for some rare reason cancel the session due to illness, lack of people booked on (2 people or less) then we will reschedule the session. We do not offer a refund on this circumstances as we will give you the session at another convenient time for you when the sessions are timetabled for.
