Find your body being tight & have a weak core? This class is a hybrid of strength work using the range of motion of your body to become more flexible & stronger in your stomach preventing injury & creating a solid foundation for weight training & yoga poses & pilates sessions.

Cancellation Policy

You can book on uptown 1 hour before the session. If you miss the deadline and really wish you join then please message the gym on instagram or WhatsApp to see if we can squeeze you in. You have 4 hours to cancel your session. If you require to cancel under the 4 hours, no refund will be given nor another time slot to replace your cancellation. If we for some rare reason cancel the session due to illness, lack of people booked on (2 people or less) then we will reschedule the session. We do not offer a refund on this circumstances as we will give you the session at another convenient time for you when the sessions are timetabled for.
