Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning for Children (11 and above) Working on quick movements to enhance the athletes power and endurance while building a solid strength base to enhance the athletes potential.

Cancellation Policy

You can book on uptown 1 hour before the session. If you miss the deadline and really wish you join then please message the gym on instagram or WhatsApp to see if we can squeeze you in. You have 12 hours to cancel your session. If you require to cancel under the 12 hours, no refund will be given nor another time slot to replace your cancellation. If we for some rare reason cancel the session due to illness, lack of people booked on (2 people or less) then we will reschedule the session. We do not offer a refund on this circumstances as we will give you the session at another convenient time for you when the sessions are timetabled for.
