    A class getting your teen into the gym, learning the correct form & get them a better relationship with the gym like we didn't when we were younger.
    • Access to the teen lifters classes!
    • Tuesday & Thursday Classes at 5.30pm
    • £5.60 per class on the Teen Lifting Membership
  • Wellness Week

    A week of yoga & fitness to get back to self care!
    Valid for one week
    • 2 Yoga Classes in the Week
    • 3 Fitness Based Classes (Energy, Endure or Strong)
    • 2 Strength Based Classes (Lift, Power & Build)
    • You don't have to use all the sessions if you don't want too
