Service Description

Book a chat to get to know your PT and put a plan together & get organised for your training. The sole purpose of this is to keep you consistent. Do not mistake these sessions as Gym Classes. Because they are too easy to cancel and move to another time. Here you have a set group, set time. Like a normal PT session. The difference is, there is a maximum of 6 per group. The sessions are created to make it possible to train with a PT without PT prices. The sessions are divided 45 mins of weight training and 15 mins of fitness training. The style of sessions can vary and are different every day. it ranges from Bodybuilding type bro sessions to Cross-Fit. Common thing I hear all the time: I'm not fit enough yet for those... Don't worry about that. The best thing about the groups as everyone in them started from where you are right now, they understand where you are and the struggle. They also know you WILL get there and catch up quickly as long as you are consistent with it. Book a Consultation to get started NOW!

Cancellation Policy

You can book on uptown 1 hour before the session. If you miss the deadline and really wish you join then please message the gym on instagram or WhatsApp to see if we can squeeze you in. You have 4 hours to cancel your session. If you require to cancel under the 4 hours, no refund will be given nor another time slot to replace your cancellation. If we for some rare reason cancel the session due to illness, lack of people booked on (2 people or less) then we will reschedule the session. We do not offer a refund on this circumstances as we will give you the session at another convenient time for you when the sessions are timetabled for.
